The British Council no longer offer IELTS for UKVI on Paper in Saudi Arabia. Test takers can still take IELTS for UKVI on Computer in Saudi Arabia. UKVI on Computer offers results within 1-5 days and is available throughout the week, offering test-takers great availability.

Where can you take IELTS in Saudi Arabia?

We offer a range of convenient test dates in our 17 official IELTS test centre locations across Saudi Arabia.  

You can choose to take your IELTS test on computer at our test centres in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Several of these centres offer tests on a daily basis, making it easy to find a test date that works for you.

Or you may prefer to take IELTS on paper at one of our centres in Al-Hassa, Buraydah, Dammam, Hail, Jeddah, Jubail, Madinah, Makkah, Riyadh, Tabuk or Taif.

Your Speaking test

If you take IELTS on paper, your speaking test may be scheduled on the same day as the other sections of the test, or on a different day within a 7 day window before or after your main test day. You will receive an email confirming your speaking test date a week in advance.

If you take IELTS on computer, you have a choice of speaking test dates when you book your test.
