Role overview

This is a frontline post based in Al Khobar and fully integrated within the office or partner premises working closely with all staff within directorate. The post holder will join a team of Customer Services Advisors led by a Customer Service Manager/Registrar.The Customer Services team is responsible for handling inquiries from Al Khobar by e-mail, telephone and walk-ins.
