Cecille joined the Consulate General Jeddah in October 2022. Most of her career has been focused on bilateral Middle East issues. Cecille has previously served in Casablanca, Kathmandu, Kuwait, Qatar and three times in Saudi Arabia. In London she has worked in Middle East Dept, Consular Directorate, Corporate Services Directorate and a Ministerial Private Office. Cecille is married with one daughter.
Dr. Amal is with a background in human resources, education policy, and heritage technologies, she leads initiatives in research management and cultural preservation. She has extensive experience in capacity building and collaboration with universities locally and globally. Holding a PhD from King’s College London, she previously held roles at KPMG and ETEC and is committed to mentoring young Saudi women through her membership in the Saudi Leadership Society.
Nora is the Education Sector Director with over 13 years of specialized experience. She leads strategic partnerships and investment initiatives with local and international investors across Saudi Arabia’s education value chain, managing projects that drive growth and innovation. She holds an MSc in Project Management and Innovation from the University of Strathclyde and is a Certified ROI Professional (CRP).
