Dr. Raja Al Ghamdi is working as Chairperson of the Department of English Language at Jubail University College. Dr. Raja was instrumental in achieving national accreditation for the department in 2019 and has presented workshops on translation nationally and internationally. Dr. Raja regularly participates in different social activities in Jubail to advocate cross-cultural communication with expats living in the area.
Dr. Raja believes that her experience at the University of Leeds allowed her to finally experience what it was like to be a well-rounded, involved student. She also had the opportunity to build relationships with other scholars in her field.
