Dr Mazin Alzaidi received his PhD from University of Warwick.
Dr Mazin has a passion for entrepreneurship despite his studies in Cybersecurity. His passion led him to the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) where he established the FinTech (Financial Technology) attraction initiative. The initiative works to attract international FinTech companies to Saudi Arabia. He has worked with multiple people at SAGIA in order to promote the new entrepreneurial license and attracted around 75 foreign entrepreneurs. Dr Mazin Alzaidi has worked with numerous entrepreneurs from the initial stages of business development to their establishment. As a student, Dr Mazin received the first Saudi student voluntary award by the Saudi Cultural attaché in London for his initiative “The Saudi student’s innovation and entrepreneurship prize” in 2016.
