Role overview

The Customer Service Officer is based at the British Council Al Khobar office within the Middle East and North Africa directorate. This is a very busy office which has been offering high quality teaching, examinations and a range of other educational and cultural services. The Customer Service Team is expected to meet a range of demanding Mystery Shopping, enquiries into sales and quality monitoring targets. The Customer Service Officer reports to the Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Team is made up of 8-9 Customer Service Officers and the Customer Service Manager. The team support the Customer Service, Country and Corporate Strategy of providing integrated services, increase number of satisfied customers and building relationships.
