Dr Alshammari graduated from University College London and University of Strathclyde where he completed his Master and PhD degrees in Pharmacy. Since 2009, Dr Alshammari has undertaken clinical training at the Heart hospital UCL, NHS in London where he developed his clinical skills, this experience, on return back home allowed him to work as senior a clinical pharmacist for prestigious organizations such as Saudi Armco, where he led many clinical projects and public campaigns promoting the safe usage of medicines in the society. Dr Alshammari’s experience on cancer therapies from Strathclyde University has resulted in his works published in journal with high impact factor such as journal of Nanomedicine.He is an assistant professor and vice dean college of pharmacy, at Qassim university. He is currently working to establish a cancer research funding organization in addition to conducting multidisciplinary research alongside international universities.
